Forty female police officers from Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police got a taste of Army life. They attended an exercise at a training camp in Swynnerton, Staffordshire in February 2019.

Under the watchful eye of military mentors from 37 Signal Regiment, the police officers took on an obstacle course, practised weapons’ firing and other tasks designed to develop leadership and teamwork.

The exercise gave the police officers an insight into both the Army regulars and reserves.
