Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) are a key part of the Cadet Forces and aid in its success to provide young people with opportunities that may not otherwise be available to them.
CFAV’s should have the passion to motivate and train Cadets, having a positive impact on their future. Enabling Cadets to learn new skills, overcome fears or difficulties and become responsible citizens. An incredibly rewarding experience!
Being a CFAV also give you an opportunity to achieve qualifications in first aid and up to graduate level in public services through the BTEC scheme.
