The Employer Engagement Team aim to build and maintain relationships with employers in the West Midlands region, stretching from the Welsh border land of Herefordshire and Shropshire, through to the metropolitan areas of the Black Country, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and Coventry, to the English heartlands of Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. By creating strategic partnerships with employers, the team enables access to a pool of talented, well-motivated and highly skilled individuals.

Through employer engagement we aim to demonstrate to employers the benefit to their organisations of recruiting from those who have served in the Armed Forces, or who are currently serving as Reservists in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army or Royal Air Force.
Businesses are also shown other ways in which they can support our Armed Forces and how they can get this message across to their staff, members of the Armed Forces Community and the public at large.
