Covid-19

In line with Government guidance, West Midland RFCA will be modifying its ways of working from 18th March 2020.   The wellbeing of our staff, visitors and stakeholders is our highest priority.  As the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19) develops, we would like to assure you of the comprehensive steps we are taking in response, while protecting as many of our critical outputs as we reasonably can.

Most of our staff are working from home and avoiding unnecessary travel in line with social distancing measures.  They can be reached by their normal email addresses and mobile numbers.  Key outputs and services will be maintained where possible.

We will be maintaining staff support to the cadets and the cadet estate.

All cadet activities are currently on hold, with the Sea Cadets, Army Cadet Force, RAF Air Cadets and CCFs, suspending activities until further notice.  This includes training evenings at cadet detachments, visits, sports, residential camps, music performances, DofE activities and adventurous training, but planning for the resumption of these activities will be one of the key focuses in this time.

We continue to follow the Public Health England advice and any further guidance that we receive in the coming days https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
