Running in partnership with the Army, Royal Air Force, local businesses and employers from the West Midlands, the exercise focuses on leadership development and confidence training.

Participants will also gain valuable insight into the Reserve Forces and see how the skills you can learn as a Reservist can be utilised in your civilian workplace.
