Staffordshire and West Midlands (North Sector) Army Cadet Force
Job Overview
The Administrative Officer (AO) is an employee of the West Midland Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (WM RFCA) at Staffordshire Army Cadet Force (ACF) County Headquarters (HQ) and works directly for the Cadet Executive Officer (CEO), who is his or her line manager.
The AO provides administrative, clerical and IT support to the County, as directed by the CEO.
The successful applicant will work from Beacon Barracks, Stafford.

Terms and Conditions
The salary is £14,946.00. A standard working week for this post is 20 hours.
Annual leave, excluding public holidays, is 25 days (PRO RATA) rising to 30(PRO RATA) over 5 years (30 days immediately if candidate has qualifying previous service).
An attractive career average (CARE) Pension Scheme is available. The successful candidate will need to gain Enhanced DBS clearance. The appointment is for an initial probationary period of six months, continuing as a permanent position thereafter.

Vacancy Notice – School Cadet Engagement Officer (SCEO)
Job Overview
The School Cadet Engagement Officer (SCEO) is an employee of the West Midland Reserve Forces (WM RFCA) and works directly for the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) who is his or her line manager.
The SCEO plays a key role in the identification, assessment and establishment of new Combined Cadet Force (CCF) Contingents, and in successfully mentoring the schools team through this process.
The successful applicant will work from Tennal Grange, Tennal Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B32 2HX.

Terms and Conditions
Your contracted hours will be 37 hours per week and you will report to the Deputy CE WM RFCA. This role attracts a salary of £37,720 p.a. plus additional benefits, including:
