Vacancy Notice - Army Cadets National Sergeant Major Instructor
National CFAV Role
A vacancy has arisen for the volunteer role of Army Cadets National Sergeant Major Instructor. Please note this is not a West Midland RFCA role and is being advertised on behalf of the national Army Cadets.
Application for the volunteer role of Army Cadets National Sergeant Major Instructor are now invited from suitably qualified members of the Army Cadets.
Applicants are invited to submit a letter setting out the relevant skills and experience that would qualify them for this senior volunteer role, and a CV not longer than two pages. Applications are to be sent electronically to Ms Marie Cook, SO2 Pers (RC-Cdts-PolPers-Pers-SO2@mod.gov.uk).
Applicants should also arrange for a letter/e-mail from their Colonel Cadets, Cadet Commandant or previous Commanding Officer supporting their application.
Before submitting an application, candidates must confirm that they meet all the requirements for membership of the ACF as set out in AC14233 The Army Cadet Force Regulations, available on the Defence Gateway.
The closing date for applications is: 1200hrs on Tuesday 14 July 2020.
The successful candidate will be notified by Cadets Branch shortly after the date of the board and it is expected that they will remain in role for a period of three years. Once appointed, the role holder will remain with an ACF county for administration purposes for that period.
